For the Birds Parrot Rescue & Sanctuary 

If you have done your research and are looking to add parrot into your family but are not in OUR area, there are many Rescues across the country that will be happy to adopt if you meet their requirements.

To find a rescue near you simply search for "Parrot Rescues in (your state)" ... find a local rescue and visit.

 

• Get to know the birds and some first-hand observations of what its like having them around. 

• Interact with them and see if you make a connection.

• Volunteer and help support your local rescue. It's a difficult job but these people all do it for the good of parrots.
